GARDENVIEW Employment Terms

By submitting an application for employment at the GARDENVIEW EDUCATIONAL CENTER AND MUSEUM, the Applicant (hereafter referred to as "the Candidate") formally acknowledges and agrees to the following professional standards and legal obligations:

I. Professional Standard of Excellence

GARDENVIEW is a premier educational institution. All staff members are required to maintain a high level of decorum, professional attire, and instructional accuracy. Candidates must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the safety and intellectual development of all visiting minors.

II. Interaction with Proprietary Entities (Toons)

The Candidate understands that the Toons are the intellectual property of GARDENVIEW Entertainment and are highly advanced technological and social assets.

​

• Conduct: Staff must interact with Toons following the established Interaction Guidelines to ensure a consistent educational experience for guests.

​

• Welfare: Handlers and specialists are responsible for monitoring the physical and social wellbeing of their assigned Toons during all operational hours.

​

III. Workplace Safety and Protocol

The Gardenview facility is a complex, multi-level environment.

​

• Compliance: Employees must strictly adhere to all floor-specific safety protocols, including emergency evacuation routes and restricted access zones.

​

• Reporting: Any mechanical irregularities, maintenance requirements, or environmental concerns within the museum wings must be documented and reported to the Department Supervisor immediately to ensure guest safety.

IV. Confidentiality and Proprietary Information

The Candidate agrees to a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding all internal operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

​

• Proprietary Toon development and maintenance logs.

​

• Internal facility schematics and sub-level access codes.

​

• Company-wide logistical data and "Project Ichor" developmental history.

​

V. Liability and Medical Waiver

While Gardenview Entertainment prioritizes a secure workplace, the Candidate acknowledges that working in a large-scale, interactive facility involves inherent movement and physical activity. By applying, the Candidate agrees to follow all posted safety signage and waives Gardenview Entertainment of liability for incidents resulting from a failure to follow established safety procedures.
